Before receiving treatment, it’s essential to have a face-to-face appointment with our prescriber. This in-person consultation allows the prescriber to ensure that Anti-Wrinkle treatment is safe for you and that they are comfortable prescribing the medication. In the past, some prescribers offered remote consultations via phone or video call, but this practice is no longer allowed by regulatory bodies such as the NMC, GMC, JCCP and GDC. Although legislation does not currently legally enforce this, practitioners providing remote prescriptions are operating outside of what is permitted by these regulatory bodies. A face-to-face consultation is now mandatory to maintain the highest safety standards and provide the best care.
Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based and have one of the best safety profiles among injectable treatments due to their biodegradable nature. They are minimally invasive and safe when administered by an experienced medical professional. As with any procedure, there are potential risks, the most common being post-procedure redness, bruising, and swelling. All risks will be discussed during your consultation.

Yes, transferring your appointment to a different date is possible if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. However, please note that while we can reschedule your appointment, we are unable to offer a refund for the original booking. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. If you need to reschedule, kindly contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
