Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposits:
We require a deposit for all services, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Cancellation Notice:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you email Hello@SIX1Aesthetics.co.uk at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in the loss of your deposit. This also applies to cancellations without notice. Please check your emails, including spam and junk folders, for appointment reminders and confirmation.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given in cases of an approved medical condition, supported by a medical proof note. Treatments that have been prescribed to you (e.g., Anti-wrinkle treatments, Hyalase, etc.) are also non-refundable. Aesthetic treatments are non-refundable and there is no guarantee of satisfactory or pleasing results, as everyone’s results will vary.
Service Guarantee
As a reputable clinic, we strive to ensure that all our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. Our best advertising is our extensive list of happy clients. While we aim to provide an excellent service, there is no way to guarantee specific results from treatments. Therefore, we have a no-refund policy on all treatments and products. Although rare, if you are ever dissatisfied with your treatment, please email Hello@SIX1Aesthetics.co.uk, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with SIX1 Aesthetics, you give your consent to receive treatments from our practitioner. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined here.
- You confirm that you are providing truthful information when booking your appointment.
- You are responsible for consulting a qualified technician for any ailments you have.
- Withholding or providing incorrect information may result in contraindications and/or irritation from the treatment.
- If any information changes between appointments, you agree to inform the practitioner/SIX1 Aesthetics.
SIX1 Aesthetics will not be held liable for any services rendered. All services are non-refundable under any circumstance. You also agree that after the completion of services, SIX1 Aesthetics holds the right to share the work on social media for marketing purposes.
Should you have any cause for complaint regarding services, please submit your concerns in writing to our customer service email at Hello@SIX1Aesthetics.co.uk. We will investigate your complaint and work towards a reasonable resolution.
You agree not to publish or cause the publication of your complaint orally to a third party or in writing. Any defamatory statements made about SIX1 Aesthetics or its practitioners may lead to defamation proceedings, and the clinic reserves the right to claim damages in such cases.
By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read and understand the salon’s Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Terms of Service, which are available on our website. You will not hold the clinic or practitioner responsible for any adverse reactions following the service.
Offers
Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or membership plan prices.
Children
For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment area.
Pets
In order to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for our clients, we do not allow pets to accompany you to your appointment.
