A Few Things Worth Knowing
- Our memberships are built around ongoing care, so there are a few straightforward guidelines that keep everything running smoothly for everyone.
- There’s no minimum term. You’re not locked in. Treatments are redeemed once the corresponding monthly payments have been made, which is typically three to four months depending on your plan. If you’d prefer treatment sooner, that’s always possible at your exclusive member rate.
- To redeem a treatment, your payments simply need to be up to date. Timing between appointments follows clinical guidance, which is for your results as much as anything else.
- Missed payments may pause your membership benefits until they’re resolved, and memberships are personal to you, so they can’t be transferred to someone else.
- Every treatment begins with a consultation. Suitability is always assessed first. That’s non-negotiable, and it’s there to protect you.
